About the role
TruckScout24 is looking for a Chief of Staff to join the team in Essen. The role is available immediately and can be arranged as either full-time or part-time. The company is part of the Machineseeker Group, which operates leading online marketplaces for used machinery in Europe, including Maschinensucher, Machineseeker, TruckScout24 and Werktuigen. Together, these platforms host more than 12,000 sellers, list over 300,000 machines, attract more than 15 million monthly visitors and generate an annual inquiry volume of more than 120 billion euros. The business has grown profitably every year since 1999 and continues to expand its team.

Key responsibilities
- Drive strategically important projects in close coordination with the C-level team.
- Support the executives in day-to-day operations as well as in shaping long-term initiatives.
- Improve internal workflows with the highest possible level of automation.
- Prepare focused analyses and decision documents for senior leadership.
- Define short-term priority actions and implement them operationally.
Profile and requirements
- You have completed a university degree with excellent academic results.
- Ideally, you have 1 to 2 years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm.
- You possess strong analytical thinking and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- You work in a highly structured and independent manner.
- You communicate confidently and openly.
- You are interested in digital media and are proficient with Microsoft Office.
- You speak German and English fluently and can negotiate in both languages.
