Role Overview
Join our team as a Junior Content Marketing Specialist and contribute to our growth in the fintech space. This position offers a unique opportunity to not only develop your career but also potentially generate additional income from the stock market by utilizing our products free of charge, a benefit typically valued at up to 36,000 euros by our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns focused on the entire customer journey, leveraging data-driven insights and creativity to engage target audiences effectively.
- Take ownership of performance marketing funnels across various platforms, managing and optimizing conversion rates independently.
- Identify and implement scalable growth marketing strategies to drive sustainable business expansion.
- Regularly analyze key performance indicators, provide transparent reporting on campaign performance and return on investment, and continuously refine marketing efforts.
- Collaborate closely with internal experts, utilizing cutting-edge technology and AI tools to produce compelling creatives, landing pages, and targeted content.
Candidate Profile and Qualifications
- At least one year of hands-on marketing experience, particularly in supporting online marketing initiatives within the financial sector.
- Strong passion for this role, demonstrating self-motivation and enthusiasm for agile process and project management.
- Willingness to take responsibility for your work area, including stepping beyond comfort zones to deliver results promptly and efficiently.
- Commitment to personal and professional growth, actively seeking feedback and prioritizing team success.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills, capable of anticipating scenarios and implementing structured solutions.
- Proficiency in German at a near-native or C2 level and good conversational English skills.
