Junior Content Creator Manager (m/w/d)

Position Overview

Obsidian is seeking a Junior Content Creator Manager to join our Hamburg-based creative agency. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Creator & Brand Faces Manager to keep our teams and clients updated on social media trends, emerging platforms, and key content creators. Your input will help infuse fresh ideas into ongoing projects, ensuring relevant and engaging campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Support scouting and selection of suitable Brand Faces, creators, and influencers aligned to client brands.
• Build and maintain sustainable relationships with creators and their management teams.
• Assist with briefing and monitoring projects to ensure content matches brand identity and target audience needs.
• Collaborate proactively with Strategy, Creative, and Project teams to integrate creators early into campaign concepts.
• Contribute to campaign reporting and analysis by compiling results and extracting actionable insights for future initiatives.
• Keep track of project timelines and budgets, help prepare contracts, and ensure all stakeholders remain well informed.

Candidate Profile

• Initial experience in creator or influencer marketing either agency-side or in a brand environment.
• Keen interest in content, pop culture, online communities, and social platform dynamics.
• Established or willingness to develop a network of creators and platform contacts.
• Strong communication skills in both German and English.
• Methodical and self-driven work style.
• Advantageous: Familiarity with tools such as Grin, Traackr, Modash, Notion, or CreatorIQ.
