Junior Contact Center Agent – Roadside Assistance (German Speaker)

Dedicated to supporting client operations on their behalf, the company is expanding its team by hiring a Junior Contact Center Agent focused on Roadside Assistance for a fully remote position.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, professional, and prompt roadside assistance to customers.
• Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Handle customer inquiries received via telephone.
• Diagnose customers’ needs and guide them through product features.
• Investigate and document product malfunctions.
• Assist in onboarding and training new employees as requested by management.
• Maintain and update internal databases with relevant technical issue information and customer interactions.
• Inform clients about product updates, new features, and functionalities.
• Perform follow-ups to ensure customer technical issues are satisfactorily resolved.

Qualifications & Skills

• Mandatory: High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
• Preferred prior experience in customer care or similar customer service roles.
• Native-level German proficiency or at a minimum C1 level.
• Fluent in English is required.
• Willingness to work within a shift-based schedule.
• Experience or familiarity with the automotive industry is advantageous.
• Competence with help desk software and remote support tools.
• Strong knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
