Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess client requirements, advising on project risks throughout all project stages.
  • Detect commercial and technical improvement opportunities.
  • Contribute to formulating strategies that stabilize critical project scenarios and negotiation approaches.
  • Assist in developing restructuring methods.
  • Provide consultancy on safety concept planning for projects and assets with special security demands.
  • Ensure quality control of one's own consulting methods and concepts.

Candidate Profile

  • Completed degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture, electrical engineering, security management, or equivalent fields.
  • Initial professional experience in project execution or management, planning, construction supervision, or consultancy.
  • Preferably experienced with security technology requirements and up-to-date regulations.
  • Knowledge or strong interest in construction and contract law.
  • Excellent proficiency in German and English.
  • Technical insight into security technology systems.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with confident demeanor towards project stakeholders.
