About Player Found
Player Found is a specialist influencer marketing agency that partners with video game publishers and entertainment brands worldwide. The agency focuses on creator-driven campaigns that emphasize authentic engagement, backed by structured operations, data analysis, reporting, and transparent client communications. As the agency grows, it is expanding its offerings into paid retargeting, especially through Google Ads, to enable publishers to more effectively target and re-engage relevant gaming audiences.

This entry-level position is ideal for an individual at the early stage of their marketing career who has a passion for gaming, content creators, online communities, and paid digital marketing. The role involves facilitating the delivery of organic creator-led campaigns alongside helping to develop and manage paid retargeting activities. Prior exposure to Google Ads, paid retargeting, paid social, or agency digital marketing experience would be beneficial, though senior-level expertise is not required.

- Conduct research on gaming creators, focusing particularly on the indie gaming sector.
- Compose outreach copy, follow-up emails, and other campaign-related communications.
- Schedule and track email outreach and maintain communication flow.
- Monitor creator responses, campaign status, and deliverables.
- Organize campaign details including timelines, briefs, links, and assets.
- Support the compilation of campaign updates, reporting, and client correspondence.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely campaign execution.
- Develop an understanding of client objectives, campaign targets, and success measurements.
- Support setup, monitoring, and optimization of paid retargeting campaigns via Google Ads.

- Handle audience lists, campaign materials, tracking links, and performance data.
- Assist in reporting paid campaign outcomes and identifying areas for improvement.
- Integrate paid retargeting efforts with broader creator-led campaign goals and share insights within the team.
Candidate Profile
- Genuine interest in video games, gaming content creators, and online communities.
- Basic familiarity with Google Ads, paid retargeting, or other forms of paid digital marketing.
- Keen to understand how paid media supports comprehensive marketing campaigns.
- Highly organized, detail-focused, and dependable.
- Comfortable performing structured and repetitive operational tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident interacting professionally with clients, content creators, and colleagues.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and quick to acquire new skills.
- Competent using spreadsheets, campaign trackers, briefs, performance metrics, and links.
- Aspired to develop into more client-facing campaign roles over time.
