Junior Buyer Non Food (m/w/d)

About the role

In the operational purchasing team for Non-Food, you will work on a role with broad market exposure and real commercial impact. The team operates across different international markets and helps turn product ideas into sellable items that can shape trends in multiple countries. You will collaborate closely with colleagues, take on project responsibility, and have room to develop your own strengths in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of the international development of an item within a Non-Food category, from the initial idea through to the finished product.
• Monitor trends, competitors, and product assortments to help keep the assortment future-ready.
• Work with product development teams and suppliers to improve product functionality and quality.
• Conduct international negotiations and resolve issues as they arise.
• Help secure the supply chain by consolidating input from supplier management, quality assurance, marketing, CSR, and related functions.

Profile

• Completed degree, preferably in business administration, retail, purchasing, sales, or industrial engineering.
• Strong awareness of market changes, customer needs, and emerging trends.
• Interest in Non-Food products.
• Fluent German and good English skills.
• Willingness to work on site 4 to 5 days per week.
