About the Role
At Lidl Germany, content creation is at the heart of what we do across all channels, ranging from magazines and images to print, video, and digital advertising. Our team also develops proprietary systems like the Lidl Design Machine to streamline daily workflows. We manage Lidl's social media presence and define its strategic direction.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the creative execution of Lidl Germany's social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Coordinate campaign and project collaborations with agencies, productions, and content creators to resonate with the community spirit and elevate Lidl's social media profile.
- Strategically plan content and manage the media budget to maximize effectiveness.
- Create audience-specific content tailored to each platform.
- Identify and adapt trending mechanisms, themes, and content to align with Lidl's brand.
- Generate analyses and presentations aimed at content optimization, plus oversee community management in partnership with our agency.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Marketing or alternatively in Communication/Media Studies or Communication/Media Design.
- Initial professional experience in social media or advanced private use at a professional level.
- Proactive work attitude combined with experience in social media tools such as CapCut, Emplifi, Talkwalker, and Storyclash.
- Strong grasp of media KPIs, target audience analysis, and campaign planning.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace is advantageous.
- Creative aptitude for implementing new trends.
