Junior Business Analyst - Recruitment Technology

Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to assist in advancing and refining our recruitment platform. Collaborating closely with Product, Operations, and Engineering teams, you will bridge business requirements with technical development, ensuring that features align well with recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the strategizing, organizing, and rollout of new product enhancements.
• Collect, document, and prioritize business needs and user requirements.
• Create clear product requirement documents and user stories for engineers.
• Liaise continuously with developers through all stages of product creation.
• Engage in product feature testing, quality checks, and approval processes before launch.
• Monitor product bugs, collect user insights, and manage enhancement requests.
• Assist in preparing product documentation and release communications.
• Collaborate with Operations to grasp recruitment workflows and propose product improvement ideas.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong communication and organizational capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with close attention to detail.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Adept at communicating between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Self-driven, proactive, and eager for knowledge growth.
• Background in digital product management, SaaS environments, business analysis, or product-related roles is preferred.
• Experience in recruitment or related sectors such as staffing, executive search, or labor hire is favorable but not mandatory.
