Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Front Office Technology Business Analyst to join a leading global high-frequency trading firm's Front Office Technology Team in Singapore. This position involves driving technological innovations to enhance the firm's trading portfolios, particularly within equities and long/short strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the global trading business units to interpret and prioritize essential needs across complete life cycle equities projects.
• Convert business requirements into comprehensive technical specifications for development teams.
• Develop and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including Directors, Traders, Risk Analysts, and Portfolio Managers, to identify and address critical challenges and requirements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Profound understanding of financial markets, preferably with experience in buy-side trading.
• Familiarity with the entire software development life cycle.
• A degree in Computer Science or a relevant background in software development is essential.
