Junior Artist Manager / Influencer Manager (m/w/d)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support coordination and communication with internal talents.
• Assist in sourcing new collaboration partners, crafting proposals, and managing incoming inquiries.
• Develop negotiation skills through contract discussions and pricing negotiations with partners and service providers.
• Collaborate with artist managers in conceptualizing and producing content formats for talents.
• Act as a liaison between talents and partners by planning engagements and ensuring the talents’ wellbeing.
• Identify and acquire new collaboration opportunities and future show or format ideas.

Qualifications

• At least one year of professional experience in influencer marketing or online marketing, preferably within digital, social media, or PR agencies.
• Keen interest and awareness of the latest digital and consumer trends.
• Proficiency with all major social media platforms and online communities.
• Experience in either implementing or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns is preferred.
• High levels of creativity and enthusiasm.
• Fluent written and spoken German, along with good command of English.
