Position Overview

We are seeking a Junior Art Director to join our dynamic and rapidly expanding creative agency located in Ludwigsburg, Baden-Württemberg, Germany. This is a full-time onsite role, ideal for someone ready to contribute to shaping the future through design.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate within the design team to develop creative concepts and visual communication projects, predominantly for advertising and digital media.
• Contribute innovative ideas and high-quality design work to independently execute projects.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a completed degree in design or an equivalent qualification.
• Have between one and two years of professional experience in visual communication, with a focus on advertising and digital media.
• Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software, including Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
• Demonstrate strong motivation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently manage projects.
• Bring creativity, diverse ideas, exceptional design skills, and a willingness to explore new and innovative approaches.
