Role Overview
The Junior Architect will be based at the Nagpur office and engaged full-time in supporting architectural projects from initial concepts through to final execution. Typical duties involve assisting with the production of architectural drawings, creating 3D models, preparing presentation materials, coordinating design aspects, and providing support to senior architects during design development and documentation phases.
Collaboration with project teams, consultants, and suppliers will be essential. The role includes tasks such as participating in planning submissions, researching and specifying materials, attending site visits, monitoring construction progress, and ensuring that the design intent, quality standards, and deadlines are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications and Skills
- Prior experience working in an architectural practice is required.
- Competency in architectural design skills, including preparing working drawings and municipal submissions with efficient drafting accuracy.
- Meticulous attention to detail is essential.
- Proficiency in CAD software is necessary.
- Ability to integrate architectural elements seamlessly with structural, MEP, and construction components.
- Strong dedication to project completion and delivery.
- Knowledge of building bylaws and regulations is required.
- Experience handling BPMS drawings is advantageous.
- Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
