Role overview
REVOIC is hiring a full-time (40 hours per week) Junior Amazon Advertising / PPC Manager for its Cologne-Ehrenfeld office, starting as soon as possible. This is a permanent position with flexible working time and occasional work from home, but it is not a fully remote role.
What you will do
- Build and manage Amazon Sponsored Ads campaigns for a range of brands and clients.
- Monitor and refine campaigns inside the Amazon Ads console with focus on the metrics that matter most.
- Work with Amazon advertising platforms and tools such as Xnurta, Bidx, Perpetua, and Adference.
- Use AI tools in practical ways for analysis, automation, and smarter problem-solving.
- Create data-driven client reports using Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
- Contribute to decisions around budgets, ad objectives, and campaign strategy.
- Keep an eye on new tools, AI developments, and platform updates, and share relevant insights with the team.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients by email and phone.
What the company is looking for
- A university degree in marketing or equivalent professional experience.
- Fluent German at a negotiation-ready level, since communication with German clients is required.
- Initial exposure to Amazon account management and/or Amazon PPC is welcome, but not mandatory.
- Strong comfort with numbers and analytical thinking beyond basic ACOS review.
- Interest in using AI tools in everyday work, ideally with some prior experimentation.
- A structured way of working and the ability to learn quickly.
- Team-oriented attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Solid MS Office and Google Suite skills, especially Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience with Amazon ad tools such as Xnurta, Bidx, Perpetua, Adference, or similar platforms is a plus, but not required.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Open-mindedness toward career changers; candidates do not need to meet every requirement, as team fit is especially important.
