Key responsibilities

- Use Microsoft Office applications to assist with a variety of administrative tasks.
Candidate profile
- A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is helpful for this role.
- Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Excellent data entry ability is essential, especially where accuracy matters.
- Experience in managing calendars is an advantage for handling routine tasks.
- Knowledge of document handling and filing practices will be useful.
- English at C2 level is mandatory, and German at B2 level is considered a plus.
