Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Account Receivable professional with over two years of experience, particularly with practical knowledge of NetSuite, to manage client accounts receivable efficiently. The role involves directly communicating with overdue customers through standardized email letters, addressing straightforward inquiries like tracing previous payments or sending W-9 forms, and directing more complex problems, such as invoice disputes or cancellation requests, to the appropriate internal contacts. Proficiency in written English, familiarity with Excel, and experience navigating customer accounts payable portals are critical for success.

Primary Responsibilities

• Send emails to delinquent customers utilizing standard templates that specify outstanding invoices and payment guidelines.
• Manage routine customer communications by investigating payment histories or providing necessary documents to update account statuses.
• Refer non-standard concerns, including invoice questions or cancellation requests, to designated team members for resolution.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum two years of collections experience with hands-on working knowledge of NetSuite.
• Excellent written English skills to communicate directly with customers professionally.
• Competency in Excel and experience working within customers' Accounts Payable portals.
