About the Role
Abu Dhabi Courts is looking to recruit UK-qualified solicitors to join their team as Judicial Legal Researchers based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This position requires candidates who have obtained their legal qualifications in England and Wales and possess strong expertise in legal research and drafting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed legal research to support judicial and legal projects.
- Review relevant legislation and court judgments critically.
- Prepare clear and thorough legal reports, memoranda, and comparative legal analyses.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Solicitor qualification from England and Wales.
- Legal education obtained in the United Kingdom, such as an LLB, LLM, LPC, or completion of the SQE pathway.
- Newly qualified or possessing a few years of post-qualification experience.
- Excellent skills in legal research, analysis, and drafting.
- Ability to assess complex legal issues and prepare comprehensive written documents.
- Willingness to relocate and work full-time onsite in Abu Dhabi.
