Job description
Position overview
For the Arnstadt location, an experienced Jobcoach is sought for full-time work as part of an individual activation program. The role starts on 1 May 2025 and is limited through 30 April 2027, with the possibility of an extension. Weekly working time is 39.0 hours.
Key responsibilities
- Support and guide participants throughout the measure, including help with using the Federal Employment Agency portal.
- Provide application coaching and prepare professional application documents.
- Handle communication and conflict situations with a high level of confidence.
- Work together with public offices and authorities.
- Maintain regular contact with the client and network partners.
- Carry out project-related administrative tasks and documentation work.
Candidate profile
- Completed vocational training or university studies, plus at least one year of professional experience.
- Knowledge of company recruitment systems and selection criteria, as well as human resources practices.
- Strong command of common office and user software, including the Federal Employment Agency portal.
- Relevant practical experience in application coaching and in creating application documents.
