Role Overview

The Jewelry Polisher is responsible for polishing precious metal jewelry items—including silver, gold, and platinum—maintaining specified production quality standards, and completing tasks as assigned by managers.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Polish precious metal jewelry pieces such as silver, gold, and platinum.
• Employ basic lapping methods and manual tools in the polishing process.
• Follow safety protocols, quality standards, and job instructions rigorously.

Preferred Qualifications and Requirements

• A High School diploma or GED is mandatory; additional technical training related to metalworking or jewelry-making is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills and great attention to detail are essential.
• Maintaining consistent attendance and punctuality is a critical part of the role.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay ranging from $20.00 to $22.00, depending on experience and qualifications.
