What the job involves
The selected candidate will be responsible for keeping an assigned building area clean, organized, and in good condition. The role also includes carrying out minor repairs to the building and handling other duties as needed.
- Carry out regular cleaning and upkeep of the assigned space.
- Repair or replace items such as venetian blinds, cords, light switches, door locks, and faucet washers.
- Move and transport heavy or oversized furniture when required.
- Clean areas and equipment that are difficult to reach.
- At times, guide or supervise the work of others.
Minimum qualifications
No prior general work experience is required for this role. There is also no examination for this position.
