Role Overview

We are expanding our team of trainers and invite passionate educators to join us as Full-Time, Part-Time, or Freelance IT Trainers. This remote role entails creating and conducting online sessions focused on specialized IT domains such as AI/ML, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Cyber Security, Full Stack Development, and more. Trainers are responsible for developing course materials, planning structured lessons, leading virtual classes, evaluating student progress, and providing ongoing mentorship and career advice.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging online training programs across various IT specializations.
• Prepare comprehensive course content and structured lesson plans tailored to learner levels.
• Conduct virtual sessions facilitating hands-on labs, live projects, and practical learning.
• Assess participants’ skills and progress, offering constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with academic teams to update curriculum and incorporate innovative teaching tools.
• Support learners with mentoring to help them achieve job-ready competencies.
• Occasionally deliver offline sessions at client or vendor sites as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong practical knowledge in one or more IT domains: AI/ML, Data Science, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, DevOps, Full Stack Development, or related areas.
• Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical topics clearly and adapt content for diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms, virtual classroom technologies, and digital course management.
• Hands-on experience using common development, cloud, or security tools within Windows environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills, with a learner-centered approach.
• Preferred: Prior experience as an IT trainer, corporate instructor, or similar educational role.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for offline training delivery.
• Applicants must be located in Andhra Pradesh or Telangana states.
• 5 to 15 years of combined industry and training experience.
