About the Role
We are seeking a skilled IT Service Desk Engineer based in Abu Dhabi, offering a one-year contract with potential for extension. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience and a strong technical skill set to support enterprise IT environments effectively.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Provide Level 2 support within the Service Desk environment.
- Manage and administer Microsoft 365 (Office 365/Microsoft 365) platforms.
- Handle administration tasks involving Azure Active Directory, also known as Entra ID.
- Operate Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for managing devices.
- Administer Microsoft Intune for endpoint management.
- Utilize ServiceNow for ticketing and incident management, with preferred prior experience.
- Implement IT Service Management (ITSM) processes to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Conduct basic network configuration and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Support LAN and WAN connectivity and address internet connectivity problems by coordinating with Internet Service Providers (ISPs).
