Role Overview

We are looking to expand our team with an IT Recruiter (m/w/x) driven by passion and insight to identify and connect talented IT professionals with exciting client projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the entire end-to-end recruitment process within the IT domain, covering embedded hardware/software, testing, automotive, defense, energy, AI, and consulting sectors.
• Identifying and reaching out to IT specialists through active sourcing on platforms such as LinkedIn, networking channels, and freelance marketplaces.
• Conducting pre-screening interviews and evaluating candidates.
• Providing guidance and support to candidates throughout the placement process, including permanent employment, employee leasing (ANÜ), and freelance engagements.
• Collaborating closely with the Technical Sales Team to establish precise job requirement profiles.
• Building and maintaining a robust candidate network.
• Preparing and presenting candidate profiles to clients.
• Managing and enhancing the candidate database using tools like Zoho, HubSpot, and freelance platforms.
• Conducting market analysis and identifying emerging recruitment trends, including the adoption of AI tools.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in IT personnel placement.
• Minimum of 3 years in IT recruitment roles.
• Strong technical understanding of IT functions and technologies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• High self-motivation coupled with entrepreneurial thinking.
• Enjoyment in engaging with people and fostering long-term relationships.
• Organized, independent, and goal-oriented working style.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English.
