Role Overview

The IT Executive is responsible for overseeing and safeguarding the organization's computer infrastructure, networks, and hardware assets. This role ensures consistent technical support, maintenance, and security measures to facilitate seamless technology operations throughout the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical assistance by resolving issues related to computers, printers, software, and networking, supporting employee productivity.
• Perform installations and updates of hardware components, operating systems, and server software to maintain system integrity.
• Continuously monitor local area networks, implement data backup procedures, and manage antivirus applications to uphold network security.
• Manage and document the inventory of IT assets, including hardware devices and software licenses, to keep accurate records.
