About the role
In this position, you will help customers modernize their IT landscape by designing and delivering tailored Microsoft 365 solutions. You will work on-site with client environments, shape cloud-ready architectures, and support organizations as they move through digital transformation. The role combines consulting, solution design, implementation planning, and hands-on project support.
Key responsibilities
- Review customer IT environments on location and translate the findings into Microsoft 365 solutions that are both practical and built for the future.
- Design the architecture of new solutions with a strong focus on usability, while keeping reliability and security in mind.
- Prepare detailed implementation plans and coordinate successful delivery together with customers.
- Support complex customer engagements through every stage and act as a trusted contact person throughout the project.
- Improve existing IT landscapes by introducing modern technologies and proven best practices.
What we are looking for
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including the full range of workloads within the platform.
- Solid expertise in at least two of the following areas: SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft AI, Teams collaboration, or Teams telephony.
- Microsoft 365 certifications are considered an advantage.
- Ability to advise customers on hybrid and cloud solution choices and support implementation activities.
- Additional exposure to topics such as change and adoption, backup and lifecycle management, governance and compliance design, or Microsoft Azure.
- A collaborative mindset, willingness to share knowledge, and the drive to keep learning together with the team.
- Fluency in both German and English.
