Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive IT Business Solution Manager to lead and manage our commerce technology platforms, encompassing Order Management Systems (OMS), integrations, fulfillment systems, and comprehensive order journey oversight. The position involves driving strategic roadmaps, overseeing vendor relationships, ensuring platform reliability, and managing omnichannel commerce operations within both retail and e-commerce environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ownership and management of commerce technology platforms, including OMS and fulfillment systems.
- Drive the development and execution of technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Govern vendor partnerships to ensure service quality and effective integrations.
- Maintain platform stability and seamless operations across omnichannel retail and e-commerce ecosystems.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Possess 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in commerce technology focused on OMS ownership and system integrations.
- Strong familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or Magento.
- Experience working with ERP systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and middleware platforms.
- In-depth understanding of omnichannel retail operations and digital commerce workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech or B.E.) in any discipline.
