About the Company
This software development and digital solutions firm provides services across the FinTech, Gaming, and Marketing sectors, having launched over 20 innovative products in international markets such as Brazil, Armenia, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE.
Role Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and business units to collect, examine, and document product specifications.
- Convert business requirements into clear user stories and functional documents.
- Partner closely with engineering teams to guarantee correct understanding and implementation of product requirements.
- Perform market and competitor analysis to spot trends and recommend enhancements.
- Analyze user activity and transaction metrics to assess product effectiveness and propose improvements.
- Support the QA team in User Acceptance Testing to ensure business needs are fulfilled.
- Lead workshops, sprint planning, and backlog prioritization sessions involving cross-functional teams.
- Continuously refine documentation quality and internal workflows.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Business Analyst within technology, product, or e-commerce companies.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, online shopping processes, and customer journey optimization.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Skilled at composing clear and concise documents such as BRDs, PRDs, and user flows.
- Experience with collaboration and design tools like Jira, Confluence, and Figma (or equivalents).
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with SQL or analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) is advantageous.
- Fluency in both English and Burmese, written and verbal.
- Preferred: agile/scrum environment experience and background in UX research or product analytics.
