- Work closely with distributed engineering teams to translate complex financial control needs into clear development deliverables, ensuring security and compliance of the platform.
- Offer support and mentorship to other Business Analysts in the project and broader finance technology functions.
- Engage in hands-on problem-solving to assist the development team with intricate issues escalated from front-line business users.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst within a tier-1 global corporate or investment bank in a Capital Markets context.
- Strong functional knowledge of Capital Markets products and trading environments is essential.
- Understanding of financial accounting principles, daily ledger closing processes, reconciliation activities, and standard financial reporting frameworks.
- Proven success managing the entire software development lifecycle, from initial requirements discovery to testing and final implementation.
- Advanced expertise in Agile delivery tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps for backlog and user story management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities, able to efficiently collaborate with global business teams and distributed developer groups.
