Job Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to colleagues and customers at First and Second Level.
• Manage, maintain, and administer all IT systems and applications both on-premise and cloud-based.
• Oversee and monitor IT infrastructure such as servers, networks, client systems, and telephone systems.
• Ensure IT security measures and manage backup procedures.
• Implement and integrate IT security and data protection systems.
• Integrate new technologies and software solutions including installation, configuration, data migration, and testing.
• Automate administrative tasks by creating scripts.
• Document IT processes and applications thoroughly.

Qualifications and Skills

• Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., Fachinformatiker) or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience in system administration.
• Motivated to learn and actively participate in existing processes.
• Interest in continuous development and learning new IT topics.
• Passion for solution-oriented IT concepts and innovations.
• Proficient in German and English, both spoken and written.
• High reliability and strong communication skills.
• Structured, conscientious working style; strong organizational skills and sense of responsibility.
