Job Overview

We are looking to hire a competent Remote IT Technician responsible for providing technical support and resolving issues for both our internal teams and clients entirely from a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and address hardware, software, and networking problems remotely.
Deliver technical assistance via chat, email, and video conferencing.
Install, set up, and update necessary software and system tools.
Support system monitoring, perform routine maintenance, and execute performance evaluations.
Guide users through step-by-step troubleshooting with clear instructions.
Keep detailed records of issues encountered, solutions implemented, and system modifications.
Follow security standards strictly and escalate complex issues appropriately.

Qualifications and Skills

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
Experience in IT support or helpdesk roles is advantageous.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving capabilities and communication skills.
