Invoice Executive

About the Role

The Invoice Executive role based in Bandra, Mumbai involves accurate preparation, verification, and processing of customer invoices within designated timelines. The position requires close collaboration with internal departments and maintaining billing records compliant with company protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and process customer invoices accurately and on schedule.
• Verify supporting documents like purchase orders and delivery challans prior to billing.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Accounts teams to address and resolve any billing inconsistencies.
• Maintain comprehensive invoice documentation for audit purposes.
• Ensure invoices are submitted to clients promptly and monitor their approval status.
• Assist in reconciling payments and tracking outstanding invoices.
• Compile daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports.
• Keep billing data precise within ERP or accounting software.
• Adhere to company billing standards and GST guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Solid understanding of invoicing and billing procedures.
• Basic knowledge of GST and taxation requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and broader MS Office suite.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP, Tally, Oracle, or similar preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and coordination capabilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Qualification: B.Com, M.Com, or any commerce/finance graduate
Salary Range: ₹30,000 to ₹38,000 per month
