Job Overview
We are recruiting for a Collection Executive position, focusing on the two wheeler finance sector. This role involves field-based activities such as EMI collection and recovery operations for a leading two wheeler finance company. Both freshers and candidates with prior loan recovery experience are welcome to apply.
Job Locations
- Patna, Muzaffarpur, Bettiah, Raxaul, Arrah, Bihar Sharif, Begusarai, Bhagalpur, Siwan, Tamkuha, Tajpur in Bihar.
- Bhopal, Narsingpur, Betul, Chhatarpur, Rewa in Madhya Pradesh.
Compensation and Benefits
The offered salary includes 15,000 INR as cost-to-company, with an additional travel allowance of up to 3,000 INR plus incentives based on collection performance.
Qualifications
Applicants should have minimum educational qualifications of 12th pass or graduation.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect EMIs from customers efficiently.
- Conduct vehicle recovery operations for two-wheelers from customers who have defaulted.
- Engage in customer interactions and conduct field visits regularly.
- Collect and verify relevant documents.
- Maintain accurate customer records and reports.
