Invoice and Collection Analyst - Healthcare Sector

Job Overview

This role is a 6-month contract position operating fully remotely within the United States. The Invoice and Collection Analyst will spearhead efforts addressing outstanding client health invoices and manage collection activities related to healthcare accounts. Collaboration with Customer Success Managers through weekly meetings will be essential to ensure invoice precision, track payments, and oversee outstanding action items.

Key Responsibilities

The analyst will drive initiatives aimed at enhancing processes, gaining a deep understanding of multiple tools and systems, and identifying fundamental challenges impacting customers. Leading workstreams and customer dialogues to delve into root causes and optimize end-to-end invoice processes will be crucial to elevate both invoicing accuracy and customer satisfaction levels.
