Position Overview
This role is for an Investment Banking & Valuation Specialist on a contract basis, working remotely with a flexible commitment ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week. The hourly compensation is between 154 and 210 dollars.
Responsibilities
- Assess and dissect complex financial models such as Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) and Leveraged Buyout (LBO) frameworks to generate high-quality AI training datasets.
- Evaluate and enhance valuation methodologies ensuring they remain precise and pertinent for AI application.
- Conduct detailed examinations of real-world investment cases, identifying financial risks and opportunities.
- Create, review, and validate financial reports and forecasts to support AI learning of industry-standard financial procedures.
- Transform concepts from capital markets and fintech sectors into organized insights enabling AI understanding.
- Perform critical reviews of financial analyses and datasets to aid the crafting of intelligent AI systems.
Qualifications
- At least one year of practical experience in finance, investment evaluation, or related areas.
- Advanced expertise in financial modeling, particularly with DCF, LBO, and valuation techniques.
- Strong skills in financial analysis, forecasting, and preparation of reports.
- Proficient data analysis capabilities, with a focus on Excel tools.
- Good knowledge of capital markets and the fintech landscape.
