Key Responsibilities

• Gather and examine company data to support client transactions, performing comprehensive industry research and organizing complex financial information.
• Develop and refine financial models, including company valuations through discounted cash flow and comparative analyses.
• Prepare and complete presentations aimed at new business development efforts.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners involved in transactions.
• Ensure compliance by preparing required internal documentation related to control measures and regulatory standards.

Candidate Profile and Eligibility

We seek candidates graduating between December 2025 and June 2026, ideally with a minimum GPA of 3.5. Success in this role requires a genuine passion for finance as well as the dedication to continuous learning and career development. Ideal applicants display strong teamwork abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to ethical decision-making. While prior knowledge of global or domestic business environments is advantageous, it is not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $115,000, with a typical offer at $110,000. Employees may additionally benefit from discretionary incentives and retention awards.
