The firm works closely with founders, boards, and sponsors on deals ranging from $1 million to $100 million, covering early institutional funding through to late-stage and pre-IPO rounds.

Role Overview

As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience with capital raising processes across various market transactions. From your first day, you will actively contribute to real deals, gaining exposure throughout the entire transaction lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential investors for ongoing capital raises
• Develop financial models and prepare pitch books for active mandates
• Perform research and due diligence on investment prospects
• Create financial reports and information memorandums
• Assist in preparing client presentations and market/industry analysis
• Support capital raising activities in diverse transaction types

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong analytical abilities to interpret financial data and aid decision-making
• Proficient in financial modeling with a solid grasp of core finance principles and keen attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, along with financial analysis software
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Collaborative team player enthusiastic about learning
• Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline
