About the Role
Join Citi's Investment Banking team as a Full-Time Analyst in North America. This position offers a 2-year intensive program starting in July, including six weeks of foundational training, followed by placement within one IB team to gain hands-on experience. Successful Analysts may have the opportunity for a third-year extension with possible rotations domestically or internationally and potential promotion to Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and evaluate corporate data to support transaction processes, including industry research and financial data organization.
- Build and analyze comprehensive financial models such as company valuations, discounted cash flow assessments, financing, and comparative market analyses.
- Develop and finalize presentations to assist in new business development efforts.
- Coordinate activities among internal teams and external partners.
- Prepare necessary compliance and internal control documentation.

Requirements
- Expected to earn a Bachelor's degree between December 2026 and June 2027.

Additional Information
Annual salary is set at $110,000, within a salary range of $80,000 to $115,000. Eligible employees may receive discretionary incentive and retention awards.
