About the Role

Join a dedicated and high-achieving team within Global Banking & Markets, focused on delivering comprehensive investment banking, credit, and risk management solutions tailored to client financing and strategic goals. Our services encompass debt and equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, corporate banking, equity sales, trading and research, fixed income, derivatives, and more. By joining, you will engage in dynamic assignments, with responsibilities evolving as you gain expertise. Analysts start by preparing client presentations, modeling, and research, and progressively handle live transactions under mentorship. This role provides early exposure to senior clients and team members, fostering experience in relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and analyze corporate clients' financial requirements and build detailed financial models.
  • Develop marketing presentations and client materials.
  • Assist with structuring and executing transactions, progressively assuming higher accountability.
  • Identify new business opportunities with clients.
  • Conduct thorough financial statement analysis and maintain financial models.
  • Gather and analyze company and industry data.
  • Provide written and financial evaluations of companies and sectors.
  • Prepare and assemble materials for client presentations.
  • Support drafting prospectuses and transaction-related documentation.
  • Leverage product and capital markets knowledge to help clients meet financial objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Completion of an undergraduate degree by Spring 2026.
  • Preferred experience in investment banking, M&A, or private equity; equity research, corporate finance, or consulting backgrounds are also considered.
  • Demonstrated excellence academically and in extracurricular activities.
  • Clear interest in investment banking and mergers & acquisitions.
  • Advanced quantitative abilities in financial analysis and accounting principles.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Capability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining quality.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Team-oriented with high professional integrity and adaptability.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and quick learner with sound decision-making skills.
  • Related industry experience is considered an advantage.
