Role Overview
We are looking for driven and analytical individuals to join our Investment Banking Analyst / Graduate Finance Program. This role is ideal for those enthusiastic about corporate finance, capital markets, financial analysis, and strategic advisory. Participants will obtain hands-on experience in financial modeling, valuation, market research, transaction support, and business strategy, collaborating with seasoned professionals in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform financial analysis, conduct industry research, and gather market intelligence to aid decision-making.
- Develop and update financial models, forecasts, and valuations.
- Support the preparation of investment presentations, financial reports, and materials for clients.
- Examine financial statements, operational results, and critical business metrics.
- Assist in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising efforts, corporate finance, and strategic advisory projects.
- Track market trends, economic changes, and sector performance.
- Conduct company and competitor analyses using both qualitative and quantitative data.
- Contribute to due diligence processes, transaction paperwork, and verification of financial data.
- Create reports, dashboards, and analytic summaries for internal teams.
- Work alongside finance, investment, legal, and business units on strategic projects.
- Ensure financial documentation accuracy and adhere to company standards.
- Engage in business planning, budgeting, and financial performance assessments.

Qualifications
- Holder of a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or closely related disciplines.
- Admirable understanding of financial markets, principles of corporate finance, accounting, and investment methodologies.
- Familiarity with financial statement analysis, valuation approaches, and foundational financial modeling.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analytic software tools.
- Strong analytical thinking, quantitative abilities, and problem-solving skills.
- Capability to interpret financial data and convert findings into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent writing, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to organize tasks efficiently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to accuracy.
- Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively across teams.
- Knowledge of capital markets, M&A, equity research, or investment analysis provides added advantage.
