About the Role
TD Securities is seeking Analysts with experience to join the Consumer Investment Banking team based in New York City. This professional position involves providing detailed financial and statistical analysis to support marketing initiatives and transaction execution. Analysts will conduct research, compile ongoing analyses, prepare necessary documentation, and contribute to due diligence work on deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate as part of a deal team under senior supervision.
- Analyze client's financial status, industry trends, market data, and identify M&A opportunities.
- Assist in valuations for both private and publicly traded companies.
- Create basic to intermediate financial models using Excel.
- Contribute to external client proposals and internal underwriting memoranda; help prepare client presentation materials.
- Promote a respectful work environment in keeping with Bank policies and guidelines.
- Ensure strict confidentiality of client information.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business with emphasis on Accounting or Finance, or Mathematics/Economics.
- Possession of Series 7, 79 and 63 licenses.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in investment banking or finance.
Work Conditions & Physical Demands
- Standard 40-hour workweek.
- Occasional domestic travel; no international travel required.
- Primarily sedentary work with consistent focus on multitasking, operating office equipment, and concentration.
- Occasional physical activities include standing, walking, bending, and lifting items under 25 pounds.
- No requirement for heavy lifting or climbing.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $110,000 to $135,000 USD annually, with actual offers dependent on candidate qualifications, skills, relevant knowledge, and organizational needs.
