Key Responsibilities

The selected individual will be instrumental in assessing new investment opportunities, executing transactions, performing comprehensive financial analyses and due diligence, and aiding portfolio management activities within Asia and international markets. Working closely with a knowledgeable and cooperative investment team, the candidate will gain valuable insights into complex cross-border deals and collaborate with leading sponsors, management, advisors, and co-investors.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• Possesses between 2 and 4 years of experience in Investment Banking or Private Equity.
• Background in sectors such as Infrastructure, Energy, Utilities, Transportation, Industrials, TMT, or Power.
• Demonstrated strong abilities in financial modeling and analytical evaluation.
• Hands-on M&A buy-side expertise, with a proven record of successfully closing at least one transaction.
