Schroders is a global active asset management, advisory, and wealth management firm with a strong reputation for sustainability leadership. Through a broad platform that spans public and private markets, the company aims to deliver long-term investment outcomes tailored to client needs.
Schroders Capital is the private markets arm of Schroders and manages $97bn of assets under management. It operates through specialist, entrepreneurial teams with both global reach and local market knowledge, serving institutional and private wealth clients across private debt, credit alternatives, real estate equity, private equity, and infrastructure equity.
The business supports a wide range of risk, return, sustainability, and impact objectives, and is focused on building solutions that help investors meet their goals. Its approach combines the backing of a large global asset manager with the flexibility needed to keep innovating in private markets.
What the role involves
The analyst will work closely with the investment team and contribute to evaluating opportunities, performing due diligence, and helping prepare recommendations for investments across primary, secondary, and co-investment activities. The role also includes market and industry research, screening opportunities, portfolio analysis, and ongoing monitoring of investments, with most assets expected to be in North America.

The successful candidate should be able to join quickly, manage several time-sensitive priorities at once, and maintain a high standard of accuracy and quality.
Personal attributes
The ideal candidate is adaptable, collaborative, and proactive, with a positive mindset and the confidence to contribute solutions. The role suits someone who performs well under pressure, maintains professional integrity, and can work effectively across cultures in a global team environment.
