About the Role
We are collaborating with a prominent global investment firm as it expands its European Credit platform. This notable front-office position based in Dublin offers involvement with leveraged loans, high-yield bonds, and direct lending transactions across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze investment opportunities across both liquid and private credit segments.
- Develop in-depth financial models and draft materials for the investment committee.
- Conduct thorough analyses of financial statements, balance sheets, and credit metrics.
- Perform detailed commercial and financial due diligence on potential companies and industry sectors.
- Evaluate the strength and capability of corporate management teams.
- Review new investment prospects and present well-founded recommendations to the Investment Committee.
- Track performance of current portfolio holdings, highlighting primary risks and opportunities.
- Participate in meetings with executives of potential portfolio companies.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses 2 to 4 years of professional experience in investment, corporate finance, M&A, transaction services, leveraged finance, investment banking, or valuation roles.
- Holds a strong academic record, with professional qualifications being highly preferred.
- Exhibits advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling techniques.
- Demonstrates excellent communication abilities accompanied by high self-motivation.
- Displays a strong passion and interest in financial markets.
