- Review alleged breaches and misconduct cases at an initial stage to gauge risk levels and identify root causes.
- Determine which matters need a formal investigation and prepare subpoenas for the employees involved to begin the formal process.
- Assist in preparing case summary reports that capture investigation progress, employee statements, notes, and recommended actions.
- Present completed case reports to the Governor and Deputy Governor for approval and to ensure they align with investigation policies.
- Share approved recommendations with relevant stakeholders so required follow-up actions, including disciplinary measures where applicable, can proceed.
- Support weekly follow-up with stakeholders to help ensure recommendations are implemented and the Authority’s rights and reputation are protected.
- Work in line with all applicable policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures to ensure controlled and consistent execution.
