Key Responsibilities
- Perform employer audits to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
- Promptly investigate any instances of non-compliance, document outcomes, and propose corrective measures.
- Enforce compliance with employee contribution mandates and recover outstanding payments where necessary.
- Travel to workplace locations for conducting investigations and resolving compliance matters.
- Support voluntary self-rectification efforts by assisting employers in correcting compliance deficiencies.
- Manage reports from whistleblowers, including investigating allegations of misconduct.
- Maintain accurate, confidential records of audits, investigations, and enforcement actions in line with data protection policies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in audits, investigations, or enforcement-related activities is preferred.
- Strong analytical aptitude to identify issues, analyze data, and design effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills capable of conveying complex information clearly.
- Detail-oriented approach in collecting, documenting, and analyzing evidence.
- Willingness to travel as necessary to various locations for audit and investigation purposes.
Terms & Conditions
The appointment is a one-year full-time contract with CPF Board, with possible renewal based on confirmation and organizational needs. There may be potential for transition into a permanent position. Seniority and title will align with individual experience and qualifications.
