Role Overview

Work closely with the Co-CEO in a hands-on capacity to gain broad exposure across finance, human resources, revenue, and operational functions. This role places you central to scaling and operational execution in a growing SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with the Co-CEO on both strategic initiatives and daily operational priorities to understand comprehensive company scale-up processes.
• Lead important projects involving financial management, people operations, organizational development, and cross-functional scaling to strengthen processes and systems for sustainable business growth.
• Facilitate adoption and integration of internal AI technologies by identifying opportunities, driving usage, and supporting teams in embedding AI into workflows.
• Perform in-depth market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic business decisions and best practices.
• Develop polished presentations, reports, and briefing documents for executives and critical stakeholders.
• Enhance internal processes by streamlining workflows and ensuring data accuracy and transparency throughout core systems.
• Provide structural support on complex business challenges, acting as a trusted consultant to convert ideas into actionable outcomes.

Candidate Profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Economics, Management, or a related discipline.
• Excellent analytical thinker with a methodical and detail-focused problem-solving approach.
• Proactive and accountable, capable of operating effectively within a fast-paced setting.
• Keen interest in SaaS platforms, B2B business environments, and organizational scaling.
• Strong command of English communication, both written and oral; German language skills are advantageous.
• Balanced ability to strategize and execute, driving ideas through to completion.
• Collaborative team player, flexible and comfortable engaging across hierarchical levels and departments.
