Its Private Equity division, managing approximately €8 billion, plays a vital role in propelling the group's expansion through multiple distinct strategies across European and international markets.

Within this Private Equity segment, the UK team specializes in targeting mid-market enterprises focused on strategic sectors such as Energy Transition, Aerospace & Defence, and Regenerative Agriculture.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in deal execution by supporting due diligence efforts, performing market and company evaluations, and developing financial models.
• Contribute to the creation of investment memoranda for committee reviews.
• Engage in origination and sourcing by mapping markets and pinpointing prospective investment opportunities.
• Participate in screening potential investments and attend meetings with advisors, entrepreneurs, and management teams.
• Support portfolio management through monitoring and implementing value creation initiatives within existing portfolio companies.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Flexible and proactive individual with excellent analytical and communication abilities.
• Currently enrolled in or holder of a degree from a Business School or University specializing in Economics, Finance, or related disciplines.
• Prior internship experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Consulting is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Experience in financial analysis with a robust grasp of fundamental accounting concepts.
