About Centre international de formation européenne (CIFE)

Internship Overview
This internship is a mandatory component of university degree requirements (Pflichtpraktikum) and involves a tripartite contract between the university, CIFE, and the student. The duration ranges from 4 to 6 months (flexible based on university regulations), with an ideal start date on October 1, 2026. The position is located in Berlin, Germany, with work conducted both at CIFE offices and Studentendorf Schlachtensee.
Responsibilities
- Assist international students during their studies and residence in Berlin.
- Help organize and manage logistics for academic programmes and online lectures.
- Support preparation of study visits and accompany students during programme activities.
- Provide technical assistance and maintain the digital learning platform.
- Contribute to enhancing the institution's visibility and communication efforts.
Candidate Profile
- Currently enrolled in a university programme, preferably in European studies, political science, international relations, or educational science.
- Internship is a mandatory part of the academic curriculum (Pflichtpraktikum / stage obligatoire).
- Exhibits strong organizational skills and enjoys working in a diverse, international setting.
- Available to work occasionally during evening events tied to academic programmes.
- Proficient with digital office and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Zoom.
- Good command of English (B2 level) and basic German knowledge (B1 level); additional languages, especially French, are advantageous.
- Aligns with CIFE's values and is motivated to support its mission.
