About the Role
HUGO BOSS is building a premium, technology-led fashion platform with the ambition to become one of the world’s top 100 brands. The company values collaboration, fresh thinking and creativity, and is looking for an intern to join the Global Brand Communications team in Metzingen, Germany. This internship runs from immediate start until 15 August 2026.
In this role, you will gain hands-on exposure to public relations and brand communications through daily work with international media, brand partnerships, celebrity and athlete outfitting, and a broad network of subsidiaries, agencies, editors and stylists.
What You Will Do
- Support the team with international magazine requests to help strengthen the visibility and appeal of the BOSS and HUGO brands through targeted product placements.
- Coordinate the sending of samples to editors, stylists and international markets.
- Assist with setting up global PR requests, seasonal collection changes, showroom sorting and worldwide collection distribution.
- Independently arrange courier services across different countries.
- Handle returns management and track collection and request reporting in Fashion GPS.
- Manage price and material enquiries for collections using SAP.
- Maintain and coordinate global PR reporting files with international markets, ensuring media mentions and coverage reports are complete and current.
Your Profile
- You hold a degree in media and communication studies, economics or a similar field, or you can show an equivalent qualification.
- You work in a structured way, take a goal-oriented approach and communicate clearly, even when deadlines are tight.
- You are open-minded, adaptable, collaborative and organised, and you enjoy tackling new challenges.
- Prior exposure to the lifestyle or fashion industry is an advantage.
- Understanding of the international media landscape is beneficial.
- You have a strong interest in fashion, trends and styling, and you enjoy working with products.
- You communicate very well in written and spoken English; additional language skills are a plus.
- You are confident using MS Office.
