Role overview
As a Logistics Administrator on the Test Team, you will support the smooth functioning of logistics and IT processes by running system tests, coordinating with logistics and IT stakeholders, identifying issues, and helping resolve errors. You will also help build user and training documentation and support the rollout of new or updated processes across the logistics environment.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and carry out IT tests with the goal of uncovering defects in new developments and confirming that functionality behaves as intended.
- Record test outcomes carefully and share clear feedback with Logistics and IT teams.
- Prepare training materials and guide employees through new or improved processes.
- Act as the first point of contact for operational teams when technical issues arise, investigate the root cause, decide whether retraining is needed, and escalate unresolved matters to IT while tracking tickets through to closure.
- Partner with warehouse teams on continuous improvement activities that strengthen system and process performance.
- Issue IT and SAP access authorizations to employees when required.
Candidate profile
You should bring a bachelor’s degree in operations management or logistics, along with 1 to 3 years of experience. Hands-on experience with SAP is required, and familiarity with Azure DevOps is an advantage. The role also calls for strong technical interest in warehouse systems, analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, excellent written and verbal communication, the ability to work effectively across different organizational levels, strong prioritization skills, and solid Microsoft Excel experience.
